Word from the School Director
On the behalf of the management of Outspan primary school, I am privileged to welcome you to our website.
It’s now 20 years since this school was established to provide learning opportunities to many children in and around our locality.
We thank God and the communities around us for the tremendous support that has made Outspan powerful as it is now.
Our motto Education for self-reliance is our Bed rock. We strive to make sure that learners are trained to use their heads hands and spirit to take full responsibility of their lives.

In Uganda today success of a school is measured only by the number of first grade even when deceitfully acquired. We are determined to swim against this tide.
God’s way encourages us to prosper in all things and being in good health we therefore are determined to offer quality education at a low cost to as many pupils as we can. Encouraging everybody to avoid luxury and embrace simple life style and above all temperance.
Over the years fighting against all odds, we have trained pupil’s hands on skills e.g brass band, Music, poultry, Zero grazing dairy animals, vegetable growing among others.
I believe most successful people come from humble back grounds not so much recognized but face facts squarely, do the uncomfortable and create their desired outcomes.
It’s my deliberate intents to warmly welcome you as a useful stakeholder to Outspan family.
Praying that God uses you to provide solutions to the many challenges we are to face together in future.
Complaining isn’t part of our game plan. The man who complains about the way the ball bounces is likely to be the one who dropped it.
Since the past is now past all that matters is from now on. If we keep on doing what we have always done we shall surely keep on getting what we have always got.
Its from this point of view that our visitor is encouraged to come along with new innovative ideas to enable us do something different that will cause a different result hopefully better.
To old boys and girls, some of you now mothers and fathers to our lovely pupils. We hopefully look at you for our sustainability, Although the past may not have been so favorable to all of us.
Let’s give up all the excuses, all our victim stories, all reasons why we haven’t up now. Take position you have power to get it right. Slow down and pay attention, life will always give you feed back about the effects of your behavior if you will just pay attention. In conclusion dear colleagues those who have been successful on earth have had to correct some weak point in life which include intolerance, greed, jealousy suspicion, revenge Egotism, Conceit, Tendencies of reaping what they have not sown, the habit of spending more than they earn.
